Included ordination of Oliver Cowdery Nov 5, 1848, to church

... J.G. Bigler then reported the conduct of Brother
Isaac Beebe in regard to his conduct to the
bishop's court Dec. 5, 1850 at the tithing house
in Kanesville in matter of deal between him-
self and Jacob Bigler, and W.W. Lane bishop
and also his abusive language about President
 Hyde and the high council. Motioned by Ira
Oviatt and accepted by Geo. W. Harris that Isaac
Beebe be cut off from the Church of Jesus for
contempt shown the bishop's court and for
abusive language twords the authorities
 of the Church. Carried unanimously by the
council and all present in the house.

Council adjourned to meet the next two
weeks at 11 o'clock A.M.

... Pres. Allred, J.W. Harris and others spoke on the
same subject correcting the understanding and
showing that there is but one ordained bishop
in Pottawattamie

Councillor L. Stoddard then reported the
Coonsville branch, L.T. Coons, President of said
branch, has not done his duty, and is in dealing in
spirius Lizuors;  also the Pony Creek branch,
represented by Thos. McKenzie; he did not hold
meetings, but came  together to play and etc.
also Old Agency branch reported to having A. L.
