BRIEF EXPLANATION OF THE ROLL AND MINUTE BOOK of the DAUGHTERS OF UTAH PIONEERS All rolls and minutes are history and should be accurately recorded. Always give names, dates, places and important facts. ROLL "No." means registered number of member or "number on their membership card." Write name in full. Start your year's record from date of organization. The months are not named for that reason. If you were organized in March, start your record on that date; if in November, let that be the beginning of your record. The little red line found on first page of roll is for the official name of the officers of the organization, as Captain, first Vice-Captain, second Vice-Captain, Recording Secretary, etc. The blue line across full page of roll is only for convenience of counting. This book is arranged for all camps regardless of difference in date of organization. MINUTES All camp meetings are Business and Social meetings. All county company meetings are Executive and Committee Members meetings. The spaces were left for you to fill accordingly, so as to keep all minutes uniform. This book is suitable for four years' use in camps.
