3. That Eld. Joseph Bland, have the blessing of the Saints, in his wish to preach the gospel in Troy, Ill.,
and solicit subscribers for the "Luminary."
4. That Eld. James Kinney be sustained as president
of the Centerville branch.
5. That Eld. Robert Humphreys be sustained as
president of the Bellefontaine branch.
6. That Isaiah Coombes be ordained an Elder
and preach in the vicinity of Alton, or where he
can get an opening.
7. That Elders James McGaw & Chas. H. Bassett
move in the vicinity of this Stake, and preach
and purge out the rotten branches, until re
-called by Prest. Snow.
8. That Benjamin L. Clapp, one of the presidents
of Seventies, preside over the conference in Texas
and it be called the Texas conference. And that
Elders Wm. Martindale, Preston Thomas, & Oscar Tyler travel & labour under the direction of Prest. Clapp.
9. That Eld. Milo Andrews, organize in the upper Missouri, branches wherever he can, out of the
material he has at his command.
